SCHOOL PRINTS ROES EVENTS
Events are a feature of ROES that can help automate the ordering process. Events will match images with the entered order data. To use Events, Packages must be set up as Favorites within School Prints ROES, and the order data must be entered into the Events table. The only data needed to use Events are the images and the ordered Favorites packages.
Order data can be entered into School Prints manually or uploaded from a previously created .csv file.
The Events screen is located in the upper right of School Prints ROES.
Start Creating Events

- Before Events can be set up, Packages must be saved as Favorites in ROES. If favorites have not yet been created, please review this article on how to create packages.
- Once in the Events tab, on the bottom left, click the + to create a new Event.

- By default, the Event will list as “untitled.” To rename the Event, double-click on the Event and type a new name. Hit enter on the keyboard to save the name.
