How do I link images in School Prints ROES Events?

1. During the Event setup, the option No, I don’t have images at this time was chosen. To add images, click the icon that resembles a person on the bottom left. 
2. Then, click either the green circle with the white arrow or the Add image folder button.
3. This will open a navigation box to guide ROES to the location of the images on your local hard drive. Choose one image in the folder to add the entire folder.
4. The images will now be displayed on the bottom row in the Events panel.
5. You can drag and drop the images from the bottom row to the matching Image field to associate them automatically.Or, if you have the software, you can scan the images for QR codes, match them by file name in the Event table.
6. If the images were not linked when initially setting up the Event, you can link them at any time after creating the Event.
   1. To link the images, right-click the image row and select "Match Images" from the drop-down menu.
   2. In the pop-up, click "Use Thumbnails."
