• Things to keep in mind while building your order:
  • Be sure you're creating your packages under the correct catalog in ROES (i.e. LUSTRE - Color Adjusted or LUSTRE - Non-Color Adjusted).
  • Do not import files with duplicate file names, even if they are in different folders on your computer.
  • Do not add or remove files from folders once you start ordering.
  • Leave ROES running until you receive a confirmation email.
  • If you're importing files from an external source (such as CD/DVD/USB/external hard drive), leave it plugged into the computer until you receive a confirmation email. We recommend saving images to a folder on your desktop instead of using external sources.
  • Half units or a la carte items will be packaged separately from any packages you create and order within ROES.
