Once the Event is created, the data must be linked to the elements in School Prints that are required to create the order by updating the Event.
Set as Packages
- In the Package row, you need to identify the packages by their names. Enter the package names in the data table. The names entered should exactly match the names of your packages (i.e., uppercase, lowercase, spaces, etc.).
- By default, Events will search for packages with the format P-Q or "Package Name-Quantity". If packages are only available in a quantity of one, the package format can be changed to P by clicking on the settings gear ⚙ on the bottom right of the Events Panel. Then press OK.
- Select the Package Row, and click the Use as Packages button located at the bottom, towards the middle, to designate that row as the package for the order. Ensure that the Packages row is not highlighted in red, as this would indicate an error in your data. It should be highlighted in green. Please refer to the screenshots below for clarification.
