CREATE SUBJECT CARDS/QR CODES

If the Event is set up before the photo session OR codes can be printed to use to help automate image matching when the Event is run. The print QR codes must be held by the subject and photographed before any poses for the subject are photographed. The QR code will mark for Events where the poses for each individual subject begin.

To create the printable subject cards, click Print Subject Cards

Select the Subject Card style; there are five different styles to choose from. Card1, Card2, Card QR, Card QR Blank, and Card Bar Code.

- The bar code option can be used in conjunction with a bar code scanning setup. This is not a feature that is currently available to use within School Prints. Please do not select the Bar Code style subject card.

The printed fields for the QR codes can be updated to use custom fields by dragging the filed tags from the bottom Row. Please remember that the default ID tag must be on the subject card.

Once the subject card style and field tags are set, click Print on the bottom right

Once the Print button is clicked, the QR codes will be shown on the next screen. There are options for arranging the codes on the page for printing. Clicking the final print button will allow the code sheets to be printed.

Once printed, the QR code cards can be cut from the sheets and handed to subjects before they are photographed.
