UPDATING THE EVENT

Once the Event is created, the data must be linked to the elements in School Prints needed to create the order by updating the Event.
- Set as Packages
- The packages to be used for the order must be linked, and the row in the Event for the packages must be identified as the packages. To link the packages, select the row with the package data in the table.

- By default, School Prints looks for packages with the format of “P-Q” or “package name-quantity.” If packages are only ever offered in a quantity of one, the package format can be updated to just P under the setting gear on the bottom right of the Events Panel.

- Once the Package Row is selected, click the Use as Packages button to set that row as the package for the order.
- Associate Fields

To ensure the correct images are used in the package, the Events field must be associated with the items in the packages. This step only needs to be completed once per package. If the same fields are used in all Events the package will not need to be updated for future Events.
- Click the Associate Fields button in the bottom right to open the linked Favorites folder.

- Drag and drop the field name for the needed image or data from the bottom onto the prints in the center. Make sure to drag the field name to every element in the package to have the correct data and images shown.

- For most things, the field name will be the image file. If the packages also include memory mates, the field name for the text can also be associated with the text box to fill this data in when the Event is run.
