How do I set up a package?

1. Open ROES and click Start Ordering on the top right of the ROES program. 
2. Select your catalog by clicking the SELECT A CATALOG tab in the upper left corner.
   1. * Packages are specific to the Catalog in which they were built. 
3. After you select your catalog, choose the largest Print size for your package first. For example, say your Package is 1-8x10, 2-5x7, and 8 wallets: 
4. Select the 8x10 under the Units tab first.
5. Click the Activate Package Creator icon (this looks like three diamonds and is located to the right of the heart with the arrow).

6. Click and drag the Unit with the 2-5x7s to the grey area near the 8x10, and do the same with the Wallets.    

7. Click on the heart with the +, name your project, and hit enter. 

8. Click on the Favorites button to get back to the catalog.

   You have just created your first package! ⭐

     

If you set up packages appropriately and include the Envelope Service, your packages will be individually packaged in a thin white 8x10 Envelope with a pack card on top. The pack card will reference the images within the package. Additionally, you can choose to have the person's name printed on the pack card for easy sorting. 



To do so, once you have created your package, click on the "Package Prints Reference" field located under Product Options in the right side menu:



Once selected, enter the name of the person for each item within the package! Repeat the process for each of your packages. This will ensure the person's name is printed on the pack card for each enveloped set of package prints.

TIPS & TRICKS

1. Drag and drop your image into the blank white template. The same cropping will apply to all sizes in your packaging.
2. If you want to change the crop or change the image on a certain one of the sizes, hover over that size template and click the link button.
   *This will unlink it from the other sizes for you to make a change to that item. 
   1. You can also hit the Links button below the templates to unlink all of them.
3. If you want to change the quantity of an item in the package, click the Qty drop-down, select your item, enter your new quantity, and hit enter on your keyboard. 

*Clicking on another product from the left-hand side, without dragging and dropping, will clear the package from the center. You will then need to rebuild it.*
