Do you offer Envelope Packaging services?

•  Our Packaged Prints option is a sorting service for customers to organize large school, sports, and event orders. For us to fulfill this service, customers must place orders as Packages in ROES. Customers must order in the packaged prints section of School Prints ROES to ensure our team envelopes their items according to their selections. If not appropriately done so, the School Prints team will package items in a standard fashion using standard packaging materials and envelopes.
• Appropriately set-up packages will be packaged in a thin white 8x10 Envelope with a pack card on top. The pack card will reference the images within the package. Additionally, you can choose to have the person's name printed on the pack card for easy sorting. For instructions on how to do so, click HERE.

• The option to add "Enveloping Packaging Services" to your order can be found under "Options" in the shopping cart. The Envelope Packaging Service costs an additional 10% of your merchandise subtotal and does not count toward free shipping.

• We can only guarantee that units/half units will be included in the envelopes. 
• Prints ordered from the A La Carte tab are enveloped separately from print packages. 
  • A La Carte Small-Format Prints (8x10 and smaller) are grouped in batches of up to 48 items/prints. We try to keep the prints in numerical order as best as possible.
  • Large-format prints are grouped in batches of up to 5.
    • Size 16x20 prints will be shipped flat between cardboard.
    • Sizes larger than 16x20 and other panoramic sizes will be rolled and shipped in a triangular tube.
• Any print products other than Prints, such as Photo Magnets, Photo Buttons, Acrylic Keychains, and Trade Cards, will not be included in the Enveloped Prints. The print products will be placed in clear poly bags or standard print envelopes and sorted by product to ensure the Enveloped Prints remain undamaged during shipping.
