Our Packaged Prints option is designed to help schools, sports leagues, and event photographers easily sort and distribute large orders. This service ensures that each subject’s prints are neatly grouped and labeled, making handouts quick and stress-free.

How to Order Packaged Prints

To take advantage of this service, your order must be placed correctly in ROES:

• Select the Packaged Prints section in School Prints ROES.

• Build your order using Packages (not the A La Carte tab).

• Add the Envelope Packaging Service in your shopping cart under Options.

📌 If your order is not set up as Packages in ROES, our team will package your prints in a standard fashion using standard materials and envelopes.

What’s Included in Envelope Packaging

When properly ordered as Packages, your prints are:

• Enclosed in a thin white 8x10 envelope.

• Topped with a pack card referencing the images included.

• Optionally, you can choose to have the person’s name printed on the pack card for faster sorting. How do I set up a package?

Cost of the Service

The Envelope Packaging Service costs 10% of your merchandise subtotal.

• This fee does not count toward free shipping.

Important Guidelines

• Minimum Requirement: Packages must include at least two units/sheets to be eligible.

• Guaranteed Contents: Only units/half units can be included in envelopes.

How Non-Package Prints Are Packed

• A La Carte Small Prints (8x10 and smaller): Grouped in batches of up to 48 prints. We do our best to keep them in numerical order.

• Large Prints (larger than 8x10):

  • Up to 5 prints per batch.

  • 16x20 prints: Shipped flat between cardboard.

  • Larger than 16x20 or panoramic sizes: Rolled and shipped in a triangular tube.

What’s Not Included in Envelope Packaging

Some items cannot be included in the Enveloped Prints for protection and sorting accuracy:

• Photo Magnets

• Photo Buttons

• Acrylic Keychains

• Trader Cards

• Mini Wallets
• 4-Wallets

These items are placed in clear poly bags or standard print envelopes, grouped by product, and shipped separately to protect your prints.
