Why do I have multiple charges on my card?

Multiple charges can occur if you have attempted to submit your order repeatedly.

Once you’ve entered your payment method and clicked Next, School Prints ROES will charge your payment method upfront. You should refrain from attempting to submit your order again.

Once your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number within an hour.

If you have received multiple charges or have not received an email confirmation, please contact Customer Service, and we will be happy to assist you.
