What are the School Prints ROES system requirements?

School Prints ROES is a Java-based downloadable software that requires a working, up-to-date Java.

*Nations Photo Lab has a mobile app but can not currently offer School Print Packages, Events, or Window envelopes.

*School Prints ROES is not designed for Tablets, Mobile Devices, or Windows 8 RT. A mobile application would not provide the best ordering experience for our School Photographers.

*Customers can not place School Prints orders on their phones or over the phone with our agents. Our team members are happy to offer go-to assist sessions where we can share screens and view School Prints ROES. Customers need to be at their computers with a strong internet connection and School Print ROES downloaded.

*ROES requires a stable internet connection of at least 200 Mbps. Offices or households with many devices who use the internet for entertainment, school, work, and social media could require a more robust bandwidth. Additionally, offices and workplaces may have firewalls that will block the transmission of your order. Therefore, we ask customers not to use hot spots while using School Prints ROES. Instead, use a secure and strong connection to avoid system, order, and billing errors. 

For MAC:

Mac OSX 10.5.8 or Higher / 500MHz Speed Processor or Higher / 1GB RAM Minimum / Java 5 (32bit) or Higher. You do not need to download Java if you are using the DMG installer on a Mac. The DMG includes its own Java.

For PC:

ROES can install and run on Windows XP and higher, both 32-bit and 64-bit editions, and current versions of OS X (10.8 and later). As we offer native installations for both systems, Java does not need to be installed. Note: Windows XP is no longer officially supported by Microsoft and is not secure.
