What is the turnaround time of School Prints orders?
Processing time or 'In-lab time' refers to the approximate time it takes to make your order through our lab. Our items are hand-crafted and individually inspected before they ship out to you. So that you know, your order's processing time is SEPARATE from the SHIPPING TIME of your order. When factoring in the overall turnaround time of your order, the time from when you submitted the order to when it is delivered to your doorstep, you want to factor in the processing time PLUS the shipping time. Please remember that Standard, Expedited, Express Saver, and Express shipping options do not expedite the production process; only the shipping time is once the package has left the lab. Business days for the Express delivery service are Monday-Friday only.

Please also note that if your order contains a large number of items, this could extend its overall production turnaround time by an additional few days. Any order received after 2 PM EST (on any given business day, Monday through Friday) is considered to have arrived the following day. Orders submitted before 2 PM EST will begin production the same day.
Customer Service will need to review the Special Instructions provided in an order. Therefore, providing instructions with an order may add a day of processing to your order.
We have listed the standard production times for our products below. Production times are estimates based on the average in-lab production time.
Orders containing Prints only: 2 business days in-house.
Orders containing the Envelope Packaging service: 3 business days in-house.
Orders containing Buttons & Envelope Packaging service: 4 business days in-house.
Orders containing Buttons, Envelope Packaging services, & Mounting: 5 business days in-house.
Dye Sublimation Products: 2 business days in-house.
Specialty Products: 2 business days in-house.
Can I rush the production time of my order?
The ability to rush an order depends on the product and current in-lab volumes of that item. Rushes are case-by-case and must be pre-approved by the Production Management Team. If you are curious to see if we can rush the processing time of an order, please have the item quantity, type, and in-hand due date ready so that we can best help you. Rush orders can incur an additional charge of 50 percent of the merchandise cost and must ship with Express Delivery service ($34.95).
