📦 Local Pickup
In 2020, we made a business decision to discontinue local order pickup. While the health and safety of our employees were factors, the primary reason is that most of our print products are manufactured at our facility in Pennsylvania. Offering pickup would require transferring products between facilities, increasing production time and costs — something we want to avoid for our customers.
We are committed to shipping your orders directly to your door as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. If you have questions, our Customer Service team is here to help.
⏱ Production + Delivery
Remember: Shipping times begin after your order has completed production. During checkout, you’ll see an estimated delivery date combining production and shipping times, so you’ll know when to expect your order.
Important: School Prints orders have a $5.00 total minimum per order.

Orders ship via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or UPS Mail Innovations. Your shipping address and package criteria automatically determine the carrier — you cannot select a specific provider.
