We can ship orders internationally and to non-contiguous states! Orders shipping outside the contiguous United States ship via Priority/International delivery services. Upon delivery, international shipments may be subject to taxes, duties, or other customs fees. The recipient of the order is responsible for such costs at the point of delivery. Economy, Standard, Expedited, or Express shipping services are unavailable to destinations outside the contiguous United States. These shipments also do not qualify for free Economy shipping if your merchandise subtotal exceeds the minimum order of $49.
If you would like to ship an order outside of the contiguous United States and would like an estimated shipping quote, please contact us with information on the contents of your order and the physical shipping address. You can submit this information via our contact form ticket. Once submitted, a support agent will contact you with a shipping quote :)
Suppose you have already submitted an order with a shipping address outside the contiguous United States. In that case, your order will submit with a Shipping To Be Determined (TBD) shipping method. Once the order processes and populates into our system, your order will get placed on hold before entering production. At this point, a support agent will reach out to you with a shipping quote. Please advise; this does add more time to the overall fulfillment of your order. Your order will be on hold until we have heard back from you!
If you do approve the shipping quote, we can charge the additional fee to the same payment method used for the purchase.
If we do not hear back within two business days, we will void your order and refund the charges back to your account.
Please note: The size and weight of the package will factor into the cost of the estimate. The final shipping cost can vary plus or minus a few dollars depending on the final weight. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates for international orders due to factors like customs clearance.
