We ask our customers to carefully check order options like cropping, spelling, paper type, sizes, etc., before submitting their orders. We can provide a short time frame where most orders can be canceled, modified, or adjusted. CONTACT US within the first 30 minutes of ordering. We cannot cancel orders if they are already rendered, invoiced, and shipped.
Return Policy
We are known for our print products' professional quality and fast delivery. Our experienced lab technicians manually inspect every order for quality and craftsmanship. On rare occasions, an issue may occur. Our team of dedicated customer service professionals will ensure your reprint order is picture-perfect. If your print product has a defect, we will replace it at our expense. We do not require our customers to return their print products to us to receive a reprint order.
