The pick-up option is unavailable until further notice. This is to keep our employees and customers safe. We are requiring all orders to be shipped upon fulfillment.
Shipping Methods
- ECONOMY SHIPPING
Orders under a merchandise total of $49 will ship via Economy shipping for $7.95 per order. For qualified orders that reach a minimum merchandise total of $49, we offer free Economy shipping within the contiguous United States (forty-eight adjoining United States).
Economy delivery shipments ship via USPS or FedEx and have an estimated shipping time frame of 4-10 business days for delivery. It is not possible to select the shipping provider.
Below are estimated Economy shipping times depending on the location:
East Coast: 3-4 Business Days
Midwest: 3-6 Business Days
Southwest: 3-6 Business Days
Northwest: 4-7 Business Days
West Coast: 4-10 Business Days
Alaska, Hawaii, Canada: 5-7+ Business Days
International: 7-10+ Business Days
- STANDARD SHIPPING
If you would like your order to arrive a little sooner than a 4-10 business day delivery time, we do have a Standard shipping delivery service you can choose for $9.95.
Standard delivery shipments ship via USPS or FedEx and have an estimated shipping time frame of 3-7 business days for delivery. It is not possible to select the shipping provider.
- EXPEDITED & EXPRESS SHIPPING
Within the contiguous United States, you may also select to add Expedited or Express shipping to your order if you need it to arrive even sooner! Below, we have outlined the options you can choose from:
- Expedited delivery service- $14.95
- Expedited delivery shipments ship via USPS or FedEx and have an estimated shipping time frame of 2-4 business days for delivery. It is not possible to select the shipping provider.
- Express Saver delivery service- $18.95
- Express Saver delivery shipments ship via USPS or FedEx and have an estimated shipping time frame of 1-3 business days for delivery. It is not possible to select the shipping provider.
- Express delivery service - $34.95
- Express delivery shipments ship via FedEx only and have an estimated shipping time frame of 1 business day for delivery.
Please note, business days for the Express delivery service are Monday-Friday only. Ordering with any of the delivery services does not mean the production time will also be expedited and does not mean your order will be received within the 'delivery timeframe.' The delivery time frame noted is how long your package will take to be delivered once we have shipped it from the lab. Production times must still be factored in along with delivery times, depending on your chosen delivery service! Also, we do not offer free Standard, Expedited, Express Saver, or Express shipping on qualified orders that reach a minimum merchandise total of $49.
IMPORTANT: We only utilize two shipping companies - FedEx and USPS. FedEx Ground and FedEx Express cannot ship to PO BOX addresses.
- INTERNATIONAL/NON-CONTIGUOUS STATE SHIPPING
Orders shipping to destinations outside of the contiguous United States require a custom shipping fee. Please click here for more information regarding shipping outside the contiguous United States.
Please keep in mind that the time indicated by a chosen shipping method DOES NOT include the time it takes to produce the product(s) in the lab (i.e. the product's "processing time"). For example, a Print order with an Express delivery service will still need to go through its normal processing time. Once fulfilled and shipped from the lab, you would receive your package within one business day with the Express delivery service. For more information on our processing time, click here!
Shipping Refunds
Our product turnaround and shipping times are estimated and fluctuate for various reasons. We do everything we can to hit these estimated delivery times, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates. When determining a delivery date, customers should consider the last day of the shipping method range as an estimated order arrival date.
We automatically place all international shipping orders on hold to ensure our customers confirm and approve international shipping costs. We send customers with international deliveries an email with a shipping cost quote. Customers have three business days to respond and confirm the shipping cost quote for an international order before the order is processed. If a customer does not respond to the international shipping cost quote within three business days or chooses not to move forward with the shipping cost, we will cancel and refund the order. Refunds take 7-10 business days to process and can only go back to the original form of payment.
